Another judicial page comes to a close which, as always, on the one hand sees our political adversaries as negative protagonists and losers, on the other hand it sees justice affirmed and Mayor Michele Tripodi victorious, once again accused of facts which promptly reveal themselves unfounded.
Mayor Michele Tripodi, since the beginning of his political commitment, is in fact continually attacked and struck by a plethora of political observers/inquisitors defeated on democratic grounds who then, out of envy or revenge, turn to the prosecutor’s offices and courtrooms with equally unsuccessful results. The story in question dates back to the words spoken during a 2020 election rally.
The Mayor had argued for punctually misrepresented political circumstances which were the subject of a complaint by a member of the competing list, who in his opinion had been defamed by his words.
Criminal judicial proceedings no. 157/2020 which was established immediately afterwards and which lasted about three years was resolved with the full acquittal of the Mayor Michele Tripodi who, brilliantly defended by the lawyer Giuseppe Parrello of the Palmi Court, overturned the arguments during the hearing of the prosecution and the reporting party who requested his conviction.
With sentence no. 28/2024 of the Justice of the Peace of Palmi Dr. Maria Caccamo, yet another attempt to gag and hinder the transparent and honest activity of the Mayor of Polistena has ended due to statements made, circumstances and facts judged to be devoid of any relevance criminal.
The Rialzati Polistena group, applauding yet another acquittal against the Mayor Michele Tripodi, reiterates its support for the political and administrative activity of the Mayor and the Municipal Administration, stigmatizes all those who through continuous complaints, provocations and stamped paper feel authorized to persecute your political opponent.
Such desperate and childish attempts have failed in the past and will be destined to fail because our history, our present, our future are supported by strong and robust shoulders and concrete results that have always given prestige to the community of Polistena despite the unspeakable baseness of a certain talkative and “big-headed” politics.
