CASALI DEL MANCO The 41-year-old driving the car that collided with three motorbikes today in Sila, in the municipality of Casali del Manco, has been placed under house arrest. The accident, which occurred along the 108 bis for Lorica in the Mellaro area, caused the death of a centaur. The victim, Frank Melina, a 37-year-old from Settingiano, was apparently in Sila on a trip with his friends when, for reasons yet to be ascertained, the three motorbikes collided with the car. Two other people were seriously injured in the collision and were transferred by air ambulance, one to the Catanzaro hospital, the other to the Annunziata hospital in Cosenza. The man driving the car was placed under house arrest on charges of vehicular homicide. ([email protected])
