Mayor Antonio Decaro acted promptly by revoking the delegation of the Budget Councilor, Alessandro D’Adamo, after receiving information regarding an ongoing investigation conducted by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.
According to what has been reported, D’Adamo is among the three people investigated, for various reasons, for aggravated fraud in public funding and issuing invoices for non-existent operations. The crime is alleged in relation to his position as legal representative of the training company Kronos. Also involved in the investigation are D’Adamo’s sister, Annalisa, and Danilo Cicchetti, associated with the training companies involved.
The Financial Police of the Bari provincial command conducted searches at the homes of the suspects and in the offices of the companies involved.
