It will be a fiery month of April for Fiorentina, which together with Atalanta is the only Italian team still in the running on all fronts: Serie A, Europe and the national cup. And all three will be the pitches in which the Italiano team will have to compete, fresh from the heavy mourning and the farewell to general manager Joe Barone who has turned the daily life of the Viola brand upside down. To overcome it, even at a management level, it will take at least a little time.
We start with tomorrow’s starter against Milan, which is still formally in March, to then end in the last weekend of April again at home against Sassuolo. In between the two matches against Viktoria Plzen to reach the semi-final of the Conference League and the two matches against Atalanta which are already expected to be followed, also given the stakes for both clubs.
