On Thursday 4 April, at 10.30 am, a meeting organized by Confesercenti, in collaboration with the Port Authority of Portoferraio and the Food Safety Functional Unit of the USL Toscana Nord company, will be held in the meeting room of the Coast Guard in Portoferraio. west, and with the participation of Federalberghi Confcommercio, aimed at food and drink administration activities, for an in-depth analysis of health and hygiene safety and traceability and correct conservation of food.
The major critical issues encountered by the authorities during inspections will be highlighted and management proposals will be suggested in line with current regulations.
