A serious loss has struck Big Brother commentator and face of TG5, Cesara Buonamici. The journalist has lost her “rock”: she was announced by the director of the Mediaset news program Clemente Mimun, who wanted to hold onto the presenter tightly in such a heartbreaking moment.

A Thursday impossible to forget, the one that Cesara Buonamici is experiencing. The journalist, one of the most famous half-wits of Tg5, has lost one of the most important people in her life. Also joining his colleague was Clemente Mimun, who is the director of Tg5, the first to leave a message of condolences online to the Big Brother commentator.
Born in Fiesole in 1957 into a noble family, he began his career at university, while attending the faculty of pharmacy, working for Tele Libera Firenzetaking care of the news and some talk shows. He wrote his first articles for La città, a Florentine daily newspaper owned by Mauro Bellini. At the beginning of the 1980s, Tele Libera Firenze was absorbed by Rete 4, and so he began his adventure with Fininvest shortly after.
Having become a professional journalist in 1987, she made her debut in a national news program with Emilio Fede at Studio Apertoto then become among the founders with Enrico Mentana, Cristina Parodi, Lamberto Sposini and Clemente Mimun of Tg5, of which she has held the reins with colleagues since its first edition in 1992. In 2018 she therefore became deputy director of TG5 and starting from 2023 she also becomes director ad personam.

Unfortunately, today the journalist had to face a pain that we all hope to experience as late as possible: her beloved mother Rosa passed away at the age of 94. He had spoken about their relationship in 2021 on Verissimo, during an interview with Silvia Toffaninrevealing some aspects of the old woman’s steely character, present despite her advanced age at Cesara’s wedding in 2022 with the doctor Joshua Calman.

“He’s a rock, with that still slightly mischievous look. She’s very witty, she makes great jokes, even dry ones. He is a born commander, he always kept an eye on me and my brother. We grew up eating bread and oil, things from the garden, he always paid great attention to nutrition” explained the journalist. Not only that, but even though her daughter had already been of age for quite some time, Mrs. Rosa never spared her reproaches, especially when she saw her on television: “She always has her finger on the pulse, she has an extraordinary temper. On television she scolds me if my hair is badly combed or not dressed as she thinks” he had remembered Buonamici, who now, for sure, will regret not being able to hear them anymore, those playful rebukes.
