With the Starfield Creation era just beginning, and the Shattered Space expansion arriving later in 2024, Todd Howard takes the opportunity offered to him by the chat with MrMattyPlays to discuss the contents of the DLC and the strategy carried out by Bethesda to support the space opera.
During the interview, the Game Director of Bethesda Game Studios revealed that he was already working on the second Starfield expansion: again according to Howard, Bethesda would have organized itself to launch, from here in the future, at least one major Starfield narrative DLC every year.
Returning to Shattered Space, Todd Howard reported that the main campaign of the next Starfield expansion it will mainly take place on one planet and one city: from a ludic, narrative and strictly content point of view, the Bethesda representative believes that Shattered Space can be compared to Far Harbor from Fallout 4. If we listen to Howard, therefore, the Shattered Space’s average longevity should be between 7 and 10 hoursbut with the possibility of reaching up to 20 hours of gameplay by deciding to complete each activity, acquire all the new equipment and explore each new location.
