As told by MondoMobileWeb, some clients I have. Mobile had managed to navigate on the 5G network as early as April 2024displaying the appropriate icon on your compatible smartphone and reaching higher speeds than the limit set for 4G.

Plus from 8 May 2024 you can purchase a new eSIM and all the offers I have. Mobile in 4G they provide a download speed limit of up to 60 Mbps.
I have. Mobile increases speed limit in 4G
First of all, remember that I have. Mobile is a brand of VEI, a company 100% controlled by Vodafone Italia. Since its launch on June 22, 2018, the virtual operator has dealt exclusively with the rechargeable consumer mobile telephony market.
From today 8 May 2024 all offers I have. Mobile in 4G predict speed up to 60 Mbps download and 60 Mbps uploadrather than up to 30 Mbps as it was previously with some major offerings.

Starting January 12, 2023, for new and existing customers I have. Mobile is available the paid program ho.+offered with a price equal to 1.99 euros per month.
This program, in addition to several monthly discounts, also includes functionality I have. The TurboThat until now in 4G it allowed to obtain a maximum download and upload speed of 60 Mbps (which with some offers, such as ho. 300 Giga and the first ho. Mobile offers, was already included at no additional cost).
With I have. The Turbostarting from today 8 May 2024, the semi-virtual operator allows you to obtain access to the 5G networkwith a estimated maximum speed of up to 2 Gbps in download and up to 200 Mbps in upload.
Furthermore, as before, this option can be activated also individually without the ho.+ program, now at a cost of 0.99 euros per monthinstead of the previous 1.49 euros per month.
The new standard wallet with minutes, SMS and Giga
With the launch of the 5G service, starting today, May 8, 2024, I have. Mobile has therefore become the first Italian semi-virtual operator to provide access to the 5G network via its SIMs and/or eSIMs.
As mentioned, to obtain qualification for the fifth generation network, existing customers of the operator can activate the option I have. The Turboindividually and with the ho.+ program.
For new customers, however, also from 8 May 2024, new dedicated 5G offers are available, with prices starting from 9.99 euros per month.

- I have. 11.99 250GB 5G with a monthly bundle of unlimited minutes to all national landline and mobile numbers, Unlimited SMS to all national numbers e 250 Giga of mobile internet traffic up to 5G at the cost of 11.99 euros per month.
Always with new number or portable by any operatorthese new 4G offers are now available:
- I have. 6.99 150GB 4G composed every month by unlimited minutes to all national landline and mobile numbers, Unlimited SMS to all national numbers e 150 Giga of mobile internet traffic in 4G with speeds of up to 60 Mbps in download at the cost of 6.99 euros per month;
- I have. 8.99 200GB 4G with a monthly bundle of unlimited minutes to all national landline and mobile numbers, Unlimited SMS to all national numbers e 200 Giga of mobile internet traffic in 4G with speeds of up to 60 Mbps in download at the cost of 8.99 euros per month.

The operator’s official website specifies that the cost of the SIM is free, instead the cost of the eSIM format is 4.99 euros one-off. Existing customers will also be able to request eSIM directly within the official app.
Only with 5G offers, as indicated on the operator’s official website, A support service via WhatsApp is also included.

No changes to the portfolio for the offers intended for the IoT world, only voice and only data remained.
Details about 5G with ho. Mobile
With the new 5G offers, as indicated in the tariff transparency documents, one is expected estimated maximum speed of up to 2 Gbps in download and up to 200 Mbps in uploadtherefore without any limits compared to what is currently foreseen in 5G with Vodafone.

With ho. Mobile, starting May 15, 2023, you can also choose to customize the new telephone number onlineas already happened since 18 May 2020 in physical stores.
In this regard, please note that from 21 September 2023, new and existing customers of the virtual operator can also change their mobile number directly from the ho app. Mobilein any case incurring a cost of 4.99 euros.

If instead the operator’s customer exceeds data traffic including every month, internet browsing it blocks automatically without additional costs.
To avoid this, the customer can use the service Leave again through the operator’s app, anticipating renewal when data traffic has fallen below 5 Gigabytes.
Recently, this service has also been introduced in other offers that were not previously compatible, but in these cases, to anticipate the renewal and obtain the monthly GB again, it is necessary to pay also an activation cost to add to monthly cost of the offer. In any case, as previously, the Leave again is not available in the 3 hours before the renewal of your offer.
In compliance with the regulation Roaming Like at Homewith these offers you can use all the minutes and SMS also included in the European Union countries. However, the situation is different for data traffic, on which a Gigabyte limit is imposed which varies based on the offer subscribed to.
In case of insufficient credit for renewal, with ho. Mobile you find yourself with a negative credit and, to use your offer again, you must top up a sufficient amount.
