Alfa Romeo Milano, let’s discover the profile and logo of the first electric car from Biscione

Only a few days left until April 10ththe day on which we will officially discover the Alfa Romeo Milan. An important car for the brand, because it will introduce two fundamental innovations. The first, perhaps the most obvious, concerns the electric version, on which a lot of attention will be paid, as has already happened for other Stellantis cars created on the same platform. In fact it will be the first electric bike from Biscionean engine that is destined to remain the brand’s only one within a few years.

The second, a little less publicized, but no less important, concerns the almost certain mild hybrid versionwhich will help finally bring a more accessible Alfa Romeo to the market, for also bring young customers closer.

A few hours ago Alfa Romeo released a new image on its social profiles, showing the profile of Milan. We played with brightness and contrast, but the graphics were able to hide the features. However, it is possible to enhance some details, such as a generically rounded line (among the twins it perhaps most resembles the Fiat 600e), and a rear with a new vertical cut.

The car is always made on the e-CMP multi-energy platformand in the electric version it will certainly have the usual 156 HP engine and 54 kWh battery. But being an Alfa Romeo, there is also one planned second, more performing version, which we don’t know much about. The possibility that it could have two engines seems excluded (even if there is a Jeep Avenger prototype built like this), and it is more likely that Stellantis will choose a higher range engine, such as that of the newly created Peugeot E-3008, to bring the power around 240 HP.

Above you can also see the name tag, which was revealed a few days earlier. In January we also saw photos with camouflaged bodywork during tests on the Balocco track.
