48 hours after the first announcements, another 6 confirmations arrive at Rugby Parma for the 2024/25 season.
Three of these renewals concern, for one element, the midfield department and, for the rest, two players capable of covering second/third line roles:
– John Caselli: second/third row, born in ’93, at Rugby Parma from July 2015 to June 2018 and returned in July 2021; he made 103 appearances and scored 33 tries in the yellow and blue jersey.
– Martin Granieri: second line, born in ’01, arrived at Rugby Parma in July 2022; he made 28 appearances and 1 try in the yellow-blue shirt.
– Thomas Iron – scrum half, born in ’03, born and raised in rugby at Rugby Parma; he has made 35 appearances and scored 6 tries with the Gialloblù 1st XV.
The other three confirmations, however, are concentrated on the three-quarter line, where the following players will still wear the yellow and blue:
– Nicholas Bianconcini: utility back, born in ’99, arrived at Rugby Parma in July 2020; he made 52 appearances, scored 23 tries and scored 6 goals in the yellow and blue jersey.
– Samuel Pelagatti: centre, born in ’96, born and raised in rugby at Rugby Parma; he has made 104 appearances, scored 24 tries, 3 conversions and 1 placed goal with the 1st XV gialloblù.
– Matthew Piccioli: centre, born in ’98, arrived at Rugby Parma in July 2020; he made a total of 52 appearances and 9 tries in the yellow-blue shirt.
