Wilco Zeelenberg ready for his home race, but reports a ‘hectic’ time in MotoGP, with silly season

The Dutch GP takes place this weekend, after a three-week break, so Wilco Zeelenberg is super excited to be back racing and at his home GP. However, the Trackhouse Racing Team Manager underlined the complicated moment he is currently going through in the class, also expressing a positive outlook on what the team is doing lately.

Before tackling the GP itself, the Trackhouse Team Manager began by recalling the rider market: “It’s always a pleasure to have my home race about halfway through the season. The situation is quite hectic in the paddock at the moment – everyone’s silly season is still ongoing and I think all the drivers are ready to give everything for the next two races before the summer break.”.

He believes that both Miguel Oliveira and Raúl Fernández can do well:

Assen is always special, first of all because it is my home circuit and also the track is very fast and usually all the riders appreciate it. It’s a good time now to reference where we’ve finished in the last few races and I’m looking forward to getting back on track after gaining some momentum with the team’s growth and putting in some better performances. So, let’s see what we can do in Assen!
