SAN GIUSTINO – There is a new name in the squad of spikers for the team that will face the next men’s A3 series championship with the San Giustino Volleyball shirt. It is that of the Lombard spiker Daniele Carpita (in the photo) who states: “It is the first time I leave the borders of my region and therefore in San Giustino I will have to learn to manage my daily life outside the house. It is appropriate to say that I am changing my scenery in all the senses, but above all that I will play in an ambitious team. In the week of the under 19 national finals I spoke to several people, I realized the beauty of the facilities and they spoke very well of the club. setter who has already been my teammate. I played in a championship with him, so in terms of chemistry we know each other well.” Raised in Segrate, in 2018 he moved to Brugherio, enriching his personal palmares with an under 14 national title, two at under 17 level and a junior league; a month ago he was a finalist in San Giustino in the under 19 category. In the blue jersey he was the under 18 European champion and is still called up for the junior collegiate meetings. In the first team he played in Serie B in 2021 with Milan and in the following two years with Brugherio, scoring 267 points, including 28 aces and 26 blocks.
