Golf, for the Ryder Cup until 2027 an impact of over 700 million

The 81st edition of the Italian Golf Open will be played from 27 to 30 June 2024 at the Adriatic Golf Club in Cervia. One month before the start of the Paris Olympics, 156 competitors will compete along the 18 holes of the course that runs alongside the ancient pine forest of Milano Marittima, in search of the title and a total prize pool of 3.2 million dollars.

Double Italian Open

The Italian Open thus returns to Emilia Romagna 31 years after the first edition which was held in Modena in 1993. The impact of the Ryder Cup

Furthermore, according to data received from the Lazio Bilateral Tourism Board, in the period of September-October 2023, there were 3.3 million arrivals (1.2 million Italians, and over two million foreigners) with an increase of 25% compared to the same period of 2022. Furthermore, according to data from Fipe Confcommercio Roma, the overall turnover of public establishments has reached the figure of 215 million, including takings from bars, restaurants, fashion shops for shopping, with a pro -it costs 150 euros per day for food and another 200 euros for extra expenses.
