After the victories of Germany, Spain and Italy, the third day of the men’s European football championship was played on Sunday, and it was a rather full day of matches. The tournament is currently in the group stage: until June 26th three matches will be played per day, one at 3pm, one at 6pm and the last at 9pm. The two teams with the most points in the 6 elimination groups and four of the best third-placed teams will advance to the round of 16.
The first scheduled match was Netherlands-Poland, which started at 3pm and ended 2-1 for the Netherlands, who came from behind to win. It was the first match of group D, whose first day will end on Monday with Austria-France.
It started at 6pm on Sunday Slovenia-Denmark, finished 1-1. It was the first match in group C, which also includes England and Serbia. The match that closed the day was just that England-Serbiawhich ended 1-0 for England, who despite being among the favorites of the tournament played in a lackluster manner and risked conceding a draw until the last minute.

The European Championships will be broadcast in full on Sky channels and in streaming on Now and Sky Go. Rai will broadcast all Italy’s matches free-to-air, as well as some group stage matches: today, for example, it will only broadcast Serbia-England free-to-air at 9pm, on Rai 1, while Poland-Netherlands and Slovenia-Denmark will only be visible on Sky channels.
