There are now just a few hours left until the start of the race Sportful Dolomiti Race in Feltre. The Belluno village will welcome you around tomorrow 4,000 cyclists coming from all over Italy and the world.
This morning the protagonist was Social Rideleft from the store Castles. A ride towards the Croce d’Aune climb to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the monument in honor of Tullio Campagnolo. This afternoon, at 4 pm, the appointment with the Mini Gran Fondo, which bears the name of the former national coach Franco Ballerini. An unmissable event for many children on the Pra’ del Moro track, where the race Expo village has also moved a few seasons ago. The collection of race numbers and the secretariat are located just a few meters away, in the Feltre ice rink, where tomorrow the final pasta party.
You can collect the race pack until 7pm. As a gift you will find the event t-shirt, in a very particular graphic and colour. Start tomorrow morning at 7 sharp from Via Campogiorgio.
This year the two race tracks change significantly compared to the past. No more Cima Campo, Manghen and Rolle. We go to the Belluno Dolomites to climb Forcella Franche, Passo Duran, Passo Staulanza, Forcella Aurine and Passo Cereda. Only the last climb remains unchanged, the Croce d’Aune.
Distance greater than 200 kilometers and 5,000 meters of altitude difference. The shortened route measures 125 kilometers and avoids the climbs of Passo Duran and Forcella Staulanza. But always remember that in Feltre the last ramp is the final one on via Mezzaterra, which takes you to Piazza Maggiore, below the finish line.
