The former CEO will receive from the club 210 thousand euros, that is, two months of his managerial contract after his dismissal in April 2023. Berardi had requested 4 million euros and compensation also for the possible 3 years of renewal of the position which the contract provided for in a clause, but the Court only recognized the remaining two months’ salary.
