Good morning and welcome to LIVE LIVE of the penultimate day of the European Artistic Swimming Championships. In Belgrade there will be time for the finals of the women’s and men’s freestyle solo in the morning, and the final of the acrobatic routine in the afternoon. Italy will try to replenish their medal haul, hoping for a comeback from the ace Giorgio Minisini.
After the bronze won in the only technical event in which he started as a clear favourite, the Italian goes in search of full spoils in his last personal act of the continental competition. Before the Minisini race there will be the women’s race with Valentina Bini looking for a prestigious result after tenth place in the technical. The Austrian Vasiliki Alexandri is the clear favourite, but watch out for the growth of the German Klara Bleyer and the Georgian Maria Alavidze.
