Given the geographical area, it is impossible to guarantee a totally flat race and in fact, at the halfway point, the runners will climb from Località Grande Charriere to Beauregard, climb of approximately 1200 meters with gradients that can exceed 10%. Right at the top, at km 5 of the race, the intermediate survey is ready
Up until the last 2 km there are many changes of direction and some challenging passages: the first Maglia Rosa, therefore, will have to be very good at managing themselves on a rather treacherous route.
