At the European Athletics Championships in Rome “Miltos” jumped 8.42, 8.49, 8.45 and, with the last two, reached 8.65. This is the sixth medal for Italy in this edition of the European Championships. «Tentoglou is a champion, he encourages you to always do better», declared Furlani after the medal, «it was the best race of my life, with some small technical errors also due to the heat of the race.
