The Gresini Racing MotoGP team, in collaboration with MotoGP Guru and SPORTPASS, subsidiary of Animoca Brands, today launched the first fan-powered sponsorship program in history. The program will allow MotoGP fans to purchase and own an exclusive sponsorship package, all from just €125.

“This is a world first in sport; we have worked with Team Gresini Racing to bring fans even closer to the team and the riders they support, and we have done so using the latest technologies to ensure security of ownership and value,” said SPORTPASS CEO, Jordan Fogerty. “We hope the SPORTPASS platform and the value it offers fans proves to be a game-changer in how teams and drivers connect with fans, as well as brand partners, who are critical to enhancing the fan experience. fan.”

The new program offers fans a series of exclusive benefits that cannot be bought with money, such as VIP Experiences in the Paddocks of the 2024 Grand Prix, placement of their name/brand on the bikes and invitations to exclusive events, video calls with team members, special personalized merchandise and the chance to win a Ducati Panigale V4S, a highly customized official test bike used by Gresini Racing riders Marc and Alex Marquez. “Fan sponsors” will also have the opportunity to own exclusive digital passes, collectibles, invitations and exclusive credentials, as well as access to other exclusive content reserved for sponsors.
