There are those who really couldn’t digest Juventus’s victory in the Italian Cup. We are not talking about Atalanta fans, but about a former player, who wore the Nerazzurri colors but those of Inter. Who is it about? Marco’s Materazzi. Over the years, the Italian defender has often lashed out against the Bianconeri, including teasing and jokes about the past. Now, however, he doesn’t seem to have taken Gatti’s celebrations after the final whistle lightly.
“Inter I hate you”: Materazzi replies to Gatti
At the end of the match Gatti celebrated under the Juventus fans’ corner and displayed a scarf with the writing: “Inter I hate you”. A classic joke seen between rivals. However, Materazzi didn’t take it well and on social media he gave a very harsh reply: “Better one year as a lion than 100 as a Gatti”all accompanied by three cups that bring to mind the treble and Gatto Sylvestro chasing the Champions League.
He certainly didn’t take it philosophically, even if he is no stranger to mockery, such as those aimed at Milan in the derby and the points away from the Rossoneri at the top of the Serie A table.
