After numerous selection training sessions, the roster that will take part in the 33 has been definedto edition of the Territories Trophy. This year the years involved were 2009 and 2010 and four players from SPB Monteleone Trasporti were selected by the staff led by Giovanni Bonaccorso.

The profiles

Mario Boschetto, Samuele Colombara, Marco Ressia and Stefano Ramella Pezza are four players of AM Impianti SPB, trained by coach Simone Marangio. Four young prospects who demonstrated, in selection training, that they are at such a technical and physical level as to deserve the call-up. A season full of satisfaction for the four young people from Biella, who just a few weeks ago won the Territorial Trophy. SPB Monteleone Trasporti is proud of the work carried out by the boys during these months of hard work, who have found the right reward in this selection.

The program

The first stage of the Trofeo dei Territori will be played in Biella, at the PalaPajetta, on Tuesday 2 April and will involve the selections of Ticino Sesia Tanaro, Turin and Cuneo-Asti.

10.30 am: TST selection – TO selection

2.30 pm: TO selection – CNAT selection

The rules

The matches will be played as a best of 3 sets, with one point for each set won. At the end the provisional ranking will be outlined, which will determine the pairings of the semi-finals. On this occasion, the Selezione della Valle d’Aosta will be added, who will play the semi-final against the first place in the group played in Biella. Second and third in the group will compete against each other for access to the final. The date for the semi-finals and final is Sunday 26 May, the competition venue has yet to be defined.
