Turbulent period for Fedez. After the separation from Chiara Ferragni, an alleged fight with personal trainer Cristiano Iovino, today another issue to resolve comes to the head of Italy’s most famous rapper-entrepreneur. A clash which, according to the online version of Corriere della Sera, will end up straight in court. The dispute Solferino refers to is the one with the athletics champion Marcell Jacobs, at the center of an alleged defamation. In fact, the Italian risks being sent to trial due to Dome and Annamaria Berrinzaghi, the rapper’s mother.

We must rewind the tape of time to 2021. At the time the “Dream of Ordinary Madness” company managed the image of Jacobs, as well as that of Fedez and the footballer Zaniolo. The Italian from Desenzano del Garda triumphed in that period, winning the gold medal in the hundred meter dash and that of the relay together with the other Italians. The gossip newspapers dove headlong into the news, reporting that that victory would result in enormous earnings for the athlete. Then something happened, visions of the dissimilar work to be carried out, probably. The fact is that Jacobs broke the contract with Dome, which initiated a civil lawsuit against him. But the casus belli is linked to an interview, given on January 18, 2023. “In 2018 I entrusted to Fedez’s club, I expected that being close to him would give visibility but they never developed a project there. I won in Tokyo and they wrote to me 24 hours later. They were at the seaside and they didn’t give a damn.

Fiery words, to which, as per tradition, Fedez reacted by having his lawyers write. Gabriele Minniti and Andrea Pietrolucci received the mandate to sue for defamation directly from Berrinzaghi and Fedez. And the Brescia prosecutor’s office has decided to support the defamation charge. The deputy prosecutor, Giovanni Tedeschi, filed the notice of conclusion of the investigation on Friday. According to rumors coming from the Palace of Justice, the request for indictment should also be notified in the coming weeks. Just when Jacobs will be in Paris to defend the gold medals won in Tokyo.
