“You will see them dancing pointing their blades at the sky”. Thus, with a verse accompanying a post uploaded on social media, Mahmood announces the release of Ra ta ta, the new single out tomorrow at midnight.
After the overwhelming success of Gold suit (the Sanremo piece certified 4 times platinum which in the next few days will be shown on Spanish TV in the Iberian version of Such and such show), the artist is also taking to the field for the summer season and you can bet that he will give his colleagues a hard time who in recent weeks have already published the songs with which they hope to conquer a place in the sun between now and September.
While waiting to listen to the song in its entirety, it popped up on YouTube a preview which already smells of hits and rightfully enters the Gay.it playlist dedicated to the queer catchphrases of summer 2024.
THE credits of Ra ta ta they see the same Mahmood and Jacopo Ettorre sign the lyrics, while Francesco Catitti (Katoo) and Emilio Barberini (Madfingerz) put their stamp on the music and as regards the production.
The piece could soon resonate on the streets of New York too. On June 28th, in fact, the Italian pop star is expected in Brooklyn together with names such as Tinashe, Christine and the Queens, Slayyyter and Horsegiirl at Lady Land Festivaloutdoor queer music event “celebrating some of the best queer talent and gay icons” on the square.
