THE ROSAE CRUCIS announced via social media that they had suspended their activities:
“As you may have guessed from the lack of news, the band is at a standstill due to internal problems to be resolved that have been dragging on for too long. For this reason we are suspending all activities permanently, at least until there are more stable and fervent situations and contexts.
The moment for music is not the best. As a metal scene we are going through a strong manipulation and contamination, and an economic impoverishment, as well as an excess of often senseless releases, and continuous reunions that take away space and possibilities from those who have always been there. All this makes it truly impossible for those who find themselves in the middle between underground, cult bands and niche scenes, at least in Italy, to have the right visibility in their own country, which then allows them to appear on important foreign scenes.
It’s not the right time, it’s not the right context.Our crusade will return. But not like this and not now.
