Criticism galore, due to the “fault” of Tina Cipollari. The historian commentator of Men and Women, in fact, has recently ended up at the center of a very particular social controversy. It had appeared in a shot with two policemen of a seaside resort in Basilicata, a sort of favor of those often asked of “celebrities”. Only that when the Matera Police Headquarters website he reposted the shot, all hell broke loose. The image in question was immortalized yesterday evening, and in no time at all the policemen involved, with a lot of pride, passed the shot around among their colleagues. That’s how it seems, then the photo ended up on the Facebook page of the Matera Police Headquarters. But the right calculations had not been made: the hatred of the citizens exploded like an unexpected bomb.
“The evening has reserved for us a very pleasant surprise”we read under the Facebook photo, “our colleagues from the Pisticci police station met Tina Cipollari, extraordinary protagonist of the Italian show. #essercisempre”. Even if very quickly, someone tried to lighten the enthusiasm by changing the caption. “Good evening from our colleagues”, this is the next version. In the meantime, however, it was already late.
Social comments (and the storm)
Here comes the criticism. “You could have saved yourself this one”writes some enraged user, and the tenor of many other comments is similar. Some people think it’s a gagothers instead take the scene seriously and blast those responsible: “I would understand more a photo with people who represent something else in society. Someone who is an example of life, of culture”. But it is also true that it is still an innocent photo with a TV celebrity. It may be light TV, at times very trashy TV, but it certainly does not go to deeply harm society.
Yet the leitmotif serious continues. “Do you know who invented penicillin and saved millions of lives?” asks another user ironically, “there, a person like that should be considered extraordinary”.
