The moment in which we will return to follow the hilarious sentimental events of Bridget Jones is approaching: the fourth chapter of the saga is gradually taking shape and, while waiting for filming to start, the latest news allows us to get an idea of what the new film in the series with Renée Zellweger will be.
In fact, a few weeks after the announcement of Bridget Jones 4, we finally managed to find out something more about the great return of the most clumsy and sentimentally messed up journalist in the history of cinema, starting right from the title of the film that will be Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy.
The most interesting news, however, concerns the cast, which in addition to welcoming some new entries will see the return of all the old glories: first of all the obvious Renée Zellweger, but also Emma Thompson (who in Bridget Jones’s Baby had given Dr. Rawlings) and above all Hugh Grantwho will therefore be called upon to once again take on the role of the hateful, narcissistic and fascinating Daniel Cleaver.
Chiwetel Ejiofor and Leo Woodall will also join the cast, while the director of the operation will be Michael Morris of To Leslie. In the film, according to the book on which it is based, we will follow the adventures of one Bridget now in her fifties grappling with the modern world: will ours be able to find some peace?
