Grimaldi Alliance (Ga), active internationally in over 60 jurisdictions and present throughout Italy, opens two new offices in Bologna and Rimini, in addition to the one in Parma, thus becoming one of the most represented firms in Emilia-Romagna, where it plans to open soon also in Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Ga led by the global managing partner Francesco Sciaudone has signed an important agreement for the entry «of all the professionals of the Bologna and Rimini offices of the Lexjus Sinacta firm, with a team of approximately 35 lawyers, including nine partners, senior advisors and excellent of counsel».
