Photos of Cecilia Rodriguez and Ignazio Moser’s wedding in Tuscany: a wonderful day celebrated by…

1. The wedding
On Sunday 30 June, Cecilia Rodriguez married Ignazio Moser after seven years of engagement. They chose Tuscany because the hills of Prato reminded them of Ignazio’s countryside and that of Argentina. The wedding took place at Villa la Ferdinanda, also known as the Villa dei Cento Camini, in the small medieval village of Artimino (Carmignano) in front of 200 guests including relatives and friends. Here is the groom with his mother.

2. The bride
Accompanied by her father Gustavo, Cecilia opted for extreme elegance for the wedding dress. For the ceremony she chose a mermaid dress in optical white mikado with long sleeves. Completely bare back and tulle veil, also very clean but with a special dedication at its end. Cecilia Rodriguez had a phrase embroidered on her veil: from the song Iris by Biagio Antonacci: ”How much life there is in this life together with you”. Small bouquet in soft colours.

3. The civil rite
A friend of the couple celebrated the civil wedding in front of 200 guests, including friends and relatives. The two excited young people exchanged spontaneous promises amidst the general emotion.

4. Two days of celebration
For the newlyweds there was a private pre-wedding party. In fact, Cecilia and Ignazio wanted to spend the evening before the wedding surrounded only by the warmth of their families. An informal dinner at ‘La Cantina del Redi’. The mise en place was bucolic with a checkered tablecloth, wicker placemats, wild flowers and lots of candles.

5. The displays
The well-known wedding planner Steve Di Maio organized the wedding. The bride and groom had a wedding bag with the wedding date and the initials I+C found in each guest’s room, letters that are repeated in many of the arrangements. Inside is an Amalfi paper card with a special thank you, an Anti Resaca Kit (Hangover Kit) and why not also a mascara for women from the new make-up line by Cecilia and her sister.

6. The details
The floral arrangements respected the location without ever wanting to overwhelm it. A white guide delimited by disheveled greens and lanterns to mark the path that Cecilia took to reach her Ignazio. An arch of flowers to frame it and some scattered compositions. Even for her bouquet and that of the bridesmaids Cecilia wanted to opt for simplicity. Small bunches, soft colors and ivory ribbons.

7. Change of clothes
Even for dinner Cecilia does not exaggerate, she changes her dress but remains elegant. She stays on the mermaid model, this time slipped and with an American neckline but adds a pinch of sensuality with a large slit that left out a leg. Ignazio also aims for the classic: double-breasted blue suit, white shirt and gray tie. Beautiful.

8. The dance
The newlyweds let loose between dance and romantic moments. Tony Effe and a band performed for them.

9. Belen
Belen was the bridesmaid and was moved during the ceremony. The children Santiago and Luna Marì were the page boys with the task of carrying the rings. The witnesses, however, were the brothers of the bride and groom: Jeremias Rodriguez and a friend for Cecilia and for Ignazio, Carlo and Francesca Moser.

10. The cake
The evening ended with the cake ritual for the couple who have been linked since 2007. The two boys met in the Big Brother house, she was engaged to Francesco Monte, he was single. ”When I saw him I was engaged and it hit me… I understood that I liked him too much, that there was something special, I said ‘yes I want it’, and at night I thought about strategies to get closer” then he found the courage and said to Ignazio: «“Trust me, you will fall in love with me. Don’t laugh because it’s like that” – said the Argentine.
