The beloved character from Mare Fuori talks about his return to Sanremo: after the farewell could he now go on stage at the Ariston?
While waiting for the television premiere of the fifth season of “Sea Out” the close-knit cast gathered to reflect on the future of one of the most interesting Italian TV series with production success in recent years.
Meanwhile, on the occasion of his arrival at the “Figari International Film Fest”, one of the actors of the Rai television series which more recently also landed on Netflix expressed his opinion on his future participation in the ““Sanremo Festival”.
Mare Fuori, the farewell of the beloved character, now: “I want Sanremo”
Cinema and music seem to be increasingly united. It would be enough to think of the success of the soundtrack of “Mare Fuori”, and its connection with part of the cast of the TV series, to realize this. Yet, while one arrives on RaiPlay surprise for viewers with Alessandro Gassmannthis does not allow fans of the series debuting in 2020 to fear an abandonment by one of their favorite characters.
This time it was the person directly involved who spoke live from the “Figari International Film Fest” to clarify doubts on the issue, and at the same time give some precious previews to viewers. The beloved interpreter of the character of Edoardo Conte.
The actor – after announcing the publication of his novel, entitled “2045” – seems to be in the mood to continue surprising anyone who has been so far excited, together with him, in recent years, following the developments of the series. Therefore, not only following the good response of the spectators to “Mare Fuori”, but – also – regarding their reaction to his singing contribution.
Mare Fuori, Matteo Paolillo: his return to Sanremo
It is known confirmation of already two farewells to the television series set in Naples had made many viewers of the format prick up their ears, now the actor of “Mare Fuori” reflects openly on the possibility of return to the Ariston stage in 2025.
After his participation, together with other actors of the cast, in the 2024 edition (see clip below) Matteo Paolillo (aka Edoardo) wants to emphasize that he has remained faithful to his character, that he will continue to be interested in the new entries of the fifth season, while confirming his farewell to the TV series.
On his participation in Sanremo, however, he does not exclude – with enthusiasm – the possibility of being part of the competition. Matteo Paolillo could therefore return to the Ariston stage in 2025.
If this were really the case, for Matteo Paolillo, it would be his third participation at the “Sanremo Festival”. All that remains, then, is to wait for inspiration for the right song.
