And new block will be built to complete the neighborhood Old Falchera in the eastern portion between the existing building and the Turin-Milan motorway, a new road system, green areas, play areas and a park area between the line tramway 4 and the highway.
It was decided municipal council, in today’s session, on the proposal of the urban planning councilor Paolo Mazzoleni, with the approval of the executive project of the agreed plan in the Zut Ambito urban transformation area “2.6 Falchera lakes”.
The society Invest S.p.A. intends to develop a project of housing sociale in the building area, including homes, common services and commercial activities such as shops neighborhood e supermarkets.
The resolution approves the executive project for the urbanization works, which includes the creation of green areas equipped, cycle paths, public spaces with urban furniture, lighting, public car parks, and the redevelopment of the streets, including a new stop of the section
The total expected expenditure for these interventions is 4 million e 977 thousand euros, of which 3 million and 513 thousand euros will cover the primary and secondary urbanization costs related to building permits. The excess part, equal to 601 thousand euros, will be borne by the proposing company.
