First (without a licence) he caused an accident, then he ran away without providing help. A complaint was filed against him, as well as a huge fine. A 49-year-old man, a Peruvian citizen, was investigated at large by the local police of Rho for failure to provide assistance, after he left following an accident between Corso Europa and Via Bersaglio.

It all happened on the morning of Sunday, June 30, when the car driven by the 49-year-old, a Fiat Punto, hit a car in front of him, with a 35-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man on board. The person responsible for the accident, however, did not stop to help the injured, but walked away. Some witnesses wrote down the license plate number and gave it to the local police, who intervened on the scene to carry out investigations.

The two injured were taken to the hospital in Rho with a green code and, in the meantime, investigations began. The officers led by Commander Antonino Frisone reached the 49-year-old also thanks to their colleagues from the municipality of Arconate, who on Monday morning located him not far from his home; he was subsequently taken to the Nicolò Savarino command, where the complaint was filed.

Not only that, he was fined 5,000 euros for driving without a license and the vehicle was also stopped for three months.
