The countdown has begun for the start of the Nastro Rosa Tour, the Giro d’Italia a Vela organized by the Navy (in collaboration with Marina Militare Sportswear) which will stop in Catanzaro from 2 to 5 July 2024.
After Genoa, Sanremo, La Maddalena, the sailing boats will arrive in the regional capital, Blue Flag in 2023 and 2024, which for four days will be the Italian capital of the sea.
The waters of the city will be colored with a breathtaking competitive show through dozens of boats that will compete in the three different categories: Offshore, a type of boat characterized by high speeds; Inshore, small boats; Boards. Each regatta category will have its own separate ranking and its own winners.
The winning team will be the one with the best combined result of the three disciplines and will be the Champion Team of the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour.
The Catanzaro Village will be set up in the Port area, a space animated by debates and contributions for the awareness of institutional, environmental and sporting values. The event is sponsored by the Municipality of Catanzaro and enjoys the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Catanzaro – Crotone – Vibo Valentia. From 2 to 4 July the sea train service from the port to the center of the seaside district from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
