Absurd but true! In the era of digitalization, SPID and smart working, you find yourself in front of a spectacle that is both funny and above all ridiculous and horrifying. In our case, after having completed the entire booking process digitally, when we had to go to the Villa Sofia reception to regularize the request for the service to be performed, we found ourselves in a room that was already quite disappointing, with missing chairs and broken windows. Fortunately, there was an air conditioner that dampened the heat a bit, but with the entrance door open and broken windows it struggled to cool the room. But the absurdities were: the pedestal of a digital totem without a display; the wall bracket without a monitor to regulate the shift; closing the central door with an imaginative packaging box. Last but not least, the beautiful signage indicating the presence of other doors. The signage in question is made with a DIY packing box and fixed with packing and hospital tape. All this should make our administration think and should shame the health councilor, who most likely doesn’t even know where the Villa Sofia reception office is. Differentiated autonomy speaks of Lep, here at Villa Sofia we don’t even have LEDs.
