Fratoianni as Salis: Sel debt of 73 thousand euros for employment

Nicola Fratoianni and his party have a debt of 73,187 euros for a dispute promoted by INPS “in the face of an alleged illegal occupation of a property owned by the institute by a territorial club”. The news published by Open finally provides an explanation as to why the leader of Sinistra Italiana Nicola Fratoianni continues to defend Ilaria Salis on illegal occupations. He too was, in some way, an occupier. According to what Open has ascertained, “the contested illegal occupation dates back to 2016, when the party was still called Sel but already had Fratoianni as its national coordinator. Then in 2018 Sel dissolved and merged with Sinistra Italiana, also taking with it its economic and legal issues” we read in the newspaper directed by Franco Bechis.

The news sparked reactions from the political world. «God makes them and then couples them. If the Italian Left strongly sponsored Salis’s candidacy it is really no coincidence. In fact, the SI headquarters in Rome is also in arrears for over 73 thousand euros. It’s truly a scandal and obviously Fratoianni and Salis don’t care a damn about being abusive given that they’re fighting their own battle against free employment. However, Salis and Fratoianni should know that illegal occupation remains a crime and therefore we expect that those responsible will implement what the law requires and that the accrued debts will be canceled immediately because it is a disgrace for honest citizens who have been in difficulty since housing point of view” declared the deputy vice-president of Fratelli d’Italia in the Senate, Raffaele Speranzon.
