The Extraordinary Commissioner of Azienda Zero, Gandolfo Miserendino, approved with decree number 13 of 28 June 2024 the agreement scheme between the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro and the Company for the Government of Health of the Calabria Region – Azienda Zero for the carrying out of Higher Education – Master, in the context of teaching – training activities. Given that Azienda Zero will collaborate with the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro in carrying out Higher Education/Master’s courses, subject to signing the agreement scheme approved with this provision;
Expected that pursuant to article 2 of the attached Agreement, the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro will guarantee all the administrative management of the higher education Masters;
Considered that pursuant to Article 3 of the aforementioned Agreement, Azienda Zero will make available to the University its own structures and branches deemed adequate by the parties, in order to allow the completion of the activities necessary for the training of the Master, thus guaranteeing residual support in the organization of the training processes of the course
Acknowledged that the activity covered by the agreement is purely training in nature and does not in any way constitute an employment relationship
Considered that the activities referred to in art. 2 of the agreement will be carried out with the funds coming from the registration contributions, as determined in the financial plan of the approved project, without entailing any burden on Azienda Zero;
Having seen the agreement that is attached to this document to form an integral and substantial part of it
Deemed It is necessary to approve this draft agreement between the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro and Azienda Zero, in order to guarantee the definition of the rules of collaboration in carrying out the higher education courses that will take place at the contracting University.
