Molfetta Calcio Srl announces that it has acquired the rights to the sports performances of the footballer Francesco Barrasso.
For Barrasso, a midfielder born in 2000, originally from Cerignola (Fg), it is a return to the red and white, having already played for Molfetta Calcio, in the 2019/20 Eccellenza season, that of promotion to Serie D, where he made 20 appearances and 2 goals, with the Sparlotti. In the last championship, the new red and white played in the Apulian Eccellenza team with the Foggia Incedit shirt.
We approached Francesco Barrasso, for his first statements as a Molfetta Calcio player: «In my first experience at Molfetta a few years ago, I had a great time and this was decisive in choosing to return. The warmth of the fans and the knowledge of the Molfetta environment were fundamental elements in making me return to wearing the red and white shirt. I am an attacking midfielder, I like playing behind the strikers but I also adapt to the role of midfielder. I have a secret dream: to repeat the year that led us to promotion to Serie D. If it doesn’t come true, I will work together with the rest of the team to be able to play a high-level season anyway.”
