The Municipality of Sanremo confirms its commitment to strengthening human resources with a new competition open to high school and university graduates to be assigned to the roles of Technical Services Instructor.
From tomorrow (Friday 28 June) the notice, containing all the information necessary for candidates to be able to submit an application to participate, will be available in the Transparent Administration (Competition Notices) section of the website (www.comunedisanremo.it).
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Recruitment Portal www.inpa.gov.it by 13 July 2024.
This selection is added to the two currently underway for the recruitment of four administrative instructors and a specialist in administrative and accounting activities: participation in the two procedures was very high and saw dozens of graduates and graduates apply for the tests that will take place in the next months.
The last few years have been characterized by the inclusion of ever-new human resources in the institution, with 114 permanent hires and over 40 fixed-term hires over the last five years.
The hirings involved all professional profiles: manager and technical and administrative officer, lawyer, social director, social worker, nursery school educator and coordinator of educational services, inspector at the gaming house, administrative employee, surveyor, notifier , worker.
Particular attention was paid to guaranteeing the city the necessary supply of municipal and local police officers, limiting the effects of staff turnover.
Among the new permanent forces, over half were under the age of 40 when hired, with a large representation of motivated and qualified twenty-year-olds.
