“We thought of a party – commented Carlandrea Simonelli, President of the Marina di Carrara Nautical Club and of the Organizing Committee – made by kids for kids and for this we thank the School Directors of the educational institutions involved.”

Also during the whole championship, the students of the Barsanti-Salvetti Institute will be at the Club Nautico Marina di Carrara to offer support to the reception, the press room and the sailors.

The participation of pupils from local schools was possible thanks to the collaboration of the management and teaching staff of the schools in the province, of the Educational Office of Massa Carrara and Lucca which also activated the network of the Fermi Sports High Schools of Massa and Lucca and of Piaggia of Viareggio. The Provincial Student Council of Massa Carrara and Lucca also collaborates in the event.
