Viterbo – (eli.ca.) – Theft at the Shape Salon, the loot found and the thief reported. Positive turning point for the case involving Francesco Assettati’s hairdressing shop which was burgled at dawn on June 25th.
Viterbo – Theft at the Shape Salon in via Garbini
Around 5.01am on Tuesday, a man entered the business in Via Garbini, taking away cash and a gray HP computer. And by forcing the door with a burglary tool he caused the owner damage for at least 3/4 thousand euros.
From the images you can see the man quickly go behind the counter to grab money and computers. A few seconds in which the shop’s alarm sounded which forced him to hurry.

After having carried out all the ritual investigations and having viewed the images of the internal video surveillance of the salon, the police officers managed to find the loot which will be returned to the owner as soon as possible.
The thief has been reported.

Presumption of innocence
In the Italian criminal system the presumption of innocence applies until the final sentence. Presumption of innocence which is based on article 27 of the Italian constitution according to which a person “is not considered guilty until finally convicted”.
