We’re almost there now, the biggest Romagna women’s tournament of the season is approaching, the “Rimini Cup”, Itf Women’s Tour tournament with $15,000 in prize moneyscheduled for Tennis Club Viserba from 22 to 28 July.
Therefore, after 10 years, great women’s tennis returns to Rimini, an event on the ITF Women’s Tour circuit which has around 500 tournaments in 65 countries. The results of these tournaments give the first points for the WTA world classic, representing the springboard for the best new talents on the international scene. It should be noted that the last edition of the tournament, before the interruption in 2014, was won by Jasmine Paolini who won his second ITF tournament in his career and then reached position no. 7 in the world ranking this year after the final in Paris. Therefore an appointment to already mark in the diary with a red pencil.
In the meantime, it’s moving forward on the courts of the Viserba Tennis Club a great youth event, a stage of Emilia Romagna Junior Tour circuit Under 10-12-14masculine and feminine.
