This morning it was written a new chapter in the history of US Ancona. The red and white patron, Tony Tionghas officially ceded control of the football club to the Campania entrepreneur from Torre Annunziata, Francesco Agnello. The operation was formalized at the Notary Lauro Gallori in Rome, with the legal assistance of the Giangrande firm for the seller and the Studio Galoppi & Partners for the buyer.
The press release issued by the Giangrande law firm reads: “In the name and on behalf of Mr Tony Tiong, we inform you that this morning, at the notary Lauro Gallori in Rome, the closing of the operation for the transfer of control of the company US Ancona Srl was held, with the assistance on the buyer side of Studio Galoppi & Partners together with the advisor Dr. Marsella and on the seller side the undersigned together with the ONTIER Italia studios and OLG and the accountant Dr. Ripa. The new ownership of the company US Ancona Srl is represented by the entrepreneur Dr. Francesco Agnello and communicates that, by the beginning of next week, the new corporate positions, the organizational chart and the sports project will be formalized”.
Francesco Agnello will therefore take control of the company with the aim of relaunching the sports project. Soon, they will also be formalized the new corporate positions and the organizational chart, which will start a new course for the club. The new owner has already announced that the sports project will be made public early next weekmarking the beginning of a new era for US Ancona and, along with it, the end of Tony Tiong’s management.
