The review continues Target Tourism Cremona dedicated to the discovery of history, traditions, characters, well-known and lesser-known aspects of the Cremonese reality. Cremonesi Walks By Night each edition accompanies curious and enthusiasts on summer Thursdays in June and July with always different themes walking in the streets and neighborhoods of the historic center of Cremona.

Last two appointments of the month of June scheduled for Thursday 27th with “Blind date” a very special evening where, walking with an art historian, it will be possible to stop and discover lesser-known corners, views and artistic beauties that have embellished sacred and profane buildings in the heart of the historic center of Cremona for centuries; last Saturday of the month entirely dedicated on June 29th to one of the most important historical figures in the history of Cremona with “The Secret of Stradivari”an interesting evening tour through a special itinerary retracing the places of his life, his inimitable instruments, his houses and workshops, including history, music and anecdotes to then end in one of the evocative artisan workshops of the historic centre.

On Sunday 30 June, dive into the charm of ancient historic homes with the extraordinary opening of Villa Calciati Crottiancient country residence of the Cremonese family of the same name, with a special guided tour scheduled at 5.30 pm to discover and admire the seventeenth-century residence of Persico Dosimo.

The long calendar will then continue throughout the month of July dedicated in a special way to the aristocracy and the “Noble Houses” which still overlook the streets and streets of the city center today. Thursday 4 July walk along via Palestro and via Ugolani Dati to discover the patrician homes with an evening guided tour of the eighteenth-century Palazzo Calciati Crotti, on Thursday 11 July instead along Corso Matteotti to discover the patrician homes with a guided tour of Palazzo Fodri, a jewel of the Cremonese Renaissance.

New events scheduled for Thursday 18 July with the walk along Corso Garibaldi to discover the patrician residences with a guided tour of Palazzo Stanga Rossi in San Secondo with its monumental and splendid staircase. Conclusion of the long summer of walks on Thursday 25 July with the area between via Trecchi, via Cadolini and via Oscasali to discover the patrician residences with a guided tour of Palazzo Cattaneo Ala Imperiali. Guided tours will start at 8.45pm.
