Zaia: «We follow the evolution of the bad weather in Polesine»

«Since this morning I have been following the evolution of the situation in Polesine after the whirlwind which caused extensive damage with dozens of floods and roofs uncovered in particular in Rovigo but also Boara Pisani, Lusia and Lendinara. The Region is active on all fronts starting from Civil Protection to support citizens affected by this new wave of bad weather.” The president of Veneto Luca Zaia declared this, commenting on the effects of the tornado that hit the Rovigo capital.

«I thank – continues Zaia – all the people who are working, from the Civil Protection to the Fire Brigade, from the volunteers to those who took action for the rescue. We will follow the evolution of the situation and will make available all the means and resources necessary to bring help to those who have suffered the most damage.”
