A graduation dish in Collecorvino with the University of Teramo

At the end of the conference there will be a tasting of typical dishes.

The appointment with “A graduation dish” is scheduled for today, June 25th at 7.00 pm – Convent of San Patrignano in Collecorvino (Pe). Abruzzo dish much loved by tourists too.

“Last year in L’Eco di San Gabriele, in an article which also mentioned our festival, it was reported that this typical Abruzzo dish ‘pipindune e ove’ is a simple, tasty but complete dish, even easy to achieve: and now, in view of our festival, the flagship of our town which will be held in early August, we really want to talk about it with experts” – announces Mayor D’Amico. “I want to thank the University of Teramo for the presence – he continues – the Councilor Simone Orlando who organized this conference, and the Pro Loco which has been managing the festival for years and allows us to make our culinary excellence known throughout the regional territory” concludes the Mayor.

At the end of the conference there will be a tasting of typical dishes.

The Mayor Paolo D’Amico will speak with the Professor, Magnificent Rector Dino Mastrocola of the University of Teramo (Te), together with Flavio D’Aviera, President of the Pro Loco Corbino. The speakers include: Professors from Teramo Mauro Serafini, Professor of Biosciences and Donato Angelino who will give a speech entitled “Nutrition labels: how and why to read them?”; furthermore there will be Antonio Di Giovacchino, Chef expert in traditional dishes of peasant culture, the Vice Mayor of Collecorvino Antonio Zaffiri, and Donatella Alquati and Giorgio Minillo with the book “Sagre d’Italia”.
