Wednesday 26 June, second evening of the eagerly awaited Confcommercio Ascom Imola event
Everything is ready for the second evening appointment with Imola on Wednesday, the Imola summer event, organized by Confcommercio Ascom Imola, with the collaboration of the Municipality of Imola and important institutional partners, associations and the world of the Imola economy, united for the promotion of the historic center.
The second free guided tour is “MAGIC IN ANCIENT EGYPT”Tales of wizards, witches and amulets at the time of the Pharaohs will accompany the visit to the young mummy and the small collection of Egyptian amulets in the San Domenico Civic Museums. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES – Families will be able to choose from many entertainment and fun opportunities. Like the aloud narrations and creative workshops curated by Michela Giordani (Selma Libreria) entitled How to become explorers of the world in Via Emilia Ovest or Inflatable games And Luna Park area in Piazza Matteotti. Also at 8.45 pm concert WHITE VOICES UNDER THE STARS of the Il Grillo d’Oro Choir in Piazza Matteotti. For those who love i creative workshopsin Via XX Settembre there will be workshops for children organized by Maison et Fleurs. There will be no shortage of face painting for all children in via Emilia Ovest. In Piazza Gramsci you can find Karate performances by Club Takeshi, inflatable games And cotton candy, demonstrations and fencing duels with the Defenders of the Rock and the Imola Fencing Clubas well as animations for the little ones with sports games for children and martial arts for teenagers and adults edited by Kung Fu School and Discipline Imola. Finally, at 9.00 pm at the Arena Spettacoli in the Court of Palazzo Monsignani, on the occasion of its 12th birthday, the PerLeDonne ODV Association for women’s rights and against gender violence gives the city a concert of 13 young artistschosen among the participants in the initiative “Timeless School Contest“, a school contest in the musical field which this year involved around 7000 students and 47 artists from 7 institutes in the Emilia Romagna area, including the Polo Liceale of Imola, the Istituto Paolini-Cassiano, the Liceo Canova of Forlì, the High School Center of Faenza, the Alberghetti Institute of Imola, the Oriani Institute of Faenza and the High School of Lugo. The creative work of the children will focus on the theme of the evening Africa and Oceania and will bring to light some important issues such as Climate Change, Armed Conflicts and resource management.
