The “Food education in the theater” exhibition concluded in Bisceglie

Last Saturday, June 22nd, the final event of the shared and aloud reading journey of the “La Leggerezza” group was held at the “don Luigi Sturzo” theater in Bisceglie, with an open meeting, within the activities of the CompagniAurea aps, directed by Francis Sinigaglia.

The initiative is part of the intense 2023/24 season “Theater tailored for you“, articulation of the route “Nutrition education in the theater”. During the evening, the format of the reading group conceived, designed and built by the artistic director Francesco Sinigaglia and by the moderator and project coordinator Professor Antonio Pasquale.

«The usability of the path, the intensity of the experiences lived by each member of the group, the motivation to discover themselves as readers and protagonists of a free reading, respectful of differences in thought and individual aptitudes, were the stylistic feature of this experience», declares the group coordinator Antonio Pasquale. «The inclusion of this format within theprocess The Association’s project – he continues – falls within the scope of the social promotion of culture, of the commitment to the valorisation of the arts and theatre, evidence of how we can be promoters of solid and structured initiatives, in which “the Readers” are at the centre. ”».

The aim of “Leggerezza” aimed to encourage the promotion of literature, enjoying the pleasure of reading and sharing reflections on a multifaceted author like Italo Calvino. The hope is to continue the journey, recognizing reading and speech as a fundamental role to be safeguarded and protected.

He moderated the meeting Angela Maria Orlando and the volumes of Antonio Pasquale “Didactics of classical languages ​​in reference to the DSA area” and Giuseppina Di Leo “Slowfeet”. All the readers of Leggerezza attended, together with Ilaria Di Benedetto, Arianna Lamantea And Marica Todisco.

The initiative is part of the broader project “Food education at the theatre”, with the support of the Bari Chamber of Commerce and in collaboration with SOMS “Roma Intangibile”, the DCL Foundation and FITA theatre.
