Annual meeting of Cna Parma. Focus on the challenge of recruiting staff

On the occasion of the 78th edition of the Annual Assembly, Cna Parma is organizing the meeting entitled: The challenge of personnel research: the cultural influences and the priorities that they guide the professional choices of the new generations.

A debate centered on the difficulty in finding specialized personnel, a problem increasingly felt by Italian and European companies which shows no signs of improving and which is automatically linked to the difficulty of attracting and retaining young talent in the company. What are the cultural influences and priorities that guide the professional choices of new generations? What are the tools that small and medium-sized businesses can leverage? We will discuss it with sector experts, university professors and political institutions with the aim of providing a concrete comparison and the development of strategies to be adopted to support artisan SMEs in bridging this gap, orienting them towards adaptation to the new dynamics of the labor market .
