VITTORIO VENETO – In the night between Saturday and Sunday, an episode of arson shook Vittorio Veneto. In via Piazzoni, a Fiat Punto owned by a 59-year-old woman living nearby was completely destroyed by flames. According to what the victim said, the mother heard loud noises coming from the condominium courtyard and, looking out, she saw flames over four meters high enveloping the vehicle. Despite the immediate alarm, nothing could prevent the complete destruction of the car.
The woman, who has lived in the apartment since August 2023, expressed precise suspicions about who was responsible for the fire. For months, in fact, tensions and arguments with some neighbors have characterized his daily life, issues that date back to the previous owner of the property.
The woman said she had been verbally attacked and threatened in the past by neighborswho had accused her of causing damage to the bonnet of her car, an accusation she categorically denies.
Yesterday, the 59-year-old decided to file a formal complaint with the police, who immediately started investigations.
