“Impossible” is the theme of the Trentino edition of the festival dedicated to innovation and digital technologies
The Wired Next Fest returns to Rovereto from 26 to 29 September. Wired Next Fest, the largest free-to-attend event in Italy dedicated to innovation and the impact of digital technologies, returns to Rovereto from 26 to 29 September.
After last year’s great success with over 10,000 attendees, the Wired Italia event once again stops in the Trentino city. The key theme of the 2024 edition will be the impossible: a concept that should not be seen as permanent but as an opportunity to challenge and overcome limits, using science, creativity and vision. The date and theme of the 2024 edition were revealed today in Rovereto at the Progetto Manifattura spaces.
“We announce this second Trentino edition of Wired Next Fest which will take place in Rovereto, the industrial center and innovation hub of our territory – the words of the provincial councilor for economic development, work, university and research, Achille Spinelli -. During the festival the city will be transformed into a great showcase of innovation and research on major frontier themes, and will at the same time host eminent scientists, acclaimed innovators and business men and women who will bring their inspiring testimonies. Great new features of this edition will be in particular the Friday dedicated to the young people of our schools and the Thursday to businesses with an event within the event dedicated to them. All the players in research and innovation, together with the productive world, will once again demonstrate the effort of our Trentino towards the impossible, towards the future that awaits us and which, also thanks to the skills acquired and the investments in progress, are we will certainly be able to deal with it successfully” concluded Spinelli.
